What are our rates?

While our recurring rates depend on the size and the condition of your home, our rates start from $30 an hour. Book online now to see our rates or contact us.

Do I need to be home for the cleaning? Can I provide a key?

No need to stick around; many of our clients prefer to pass us a key or code—either during our initial in-home chat. Our team make sure to lock up tight and keep your space just for you, no uninvited guests allowed. And don’t worry, our crew is all about respecting your space—no smoking, or snacking on the job.

Do you offer additional cleaning services?

We go above and beyond. That's the Kildare way. We provide additional add-on services like laundry, window cleaning, barbecue cleaning, and so much more. Just contact us and we'll accommodate any personailized requests.

What don't we clean.

In our mission to provide polished, professional cleaning solutions, we tailor our services to fit  with your preferences. Yet, in keeping things sparkling, there are a few areas and chores where we takes a step back, including:

- Taking on ironing adventures
- Diving into decluttering missions
- Shining the outside of windows

Can I provide instructions for the cleaning team?

We'd be truly thankful if you could pass along any instructions directly to us! Either by email or phone. This way, we can update your records to ensure every detail is spot on. Rest assured, we'll share your guidance with any team tasked with sprucing up your space.

What if my cleaning schedule falls on a holiday?

We'll give you a ring to find a better time for your cleaning, should the need arise. And if life throws a curveball and you need to switch up your cleaning schedule, just drop us a line.

How many people will be cleaning my home?

Our cleaning teams usually come in pairs, but now and then, our quality control manager might tag along to guarantee top-notch service.

I have pets, what should I do?

Just let us know their favourite treat and if there are any instructions for when they need to go outside.

What should I do about security alarm on cleaning day?

If your place comes with a security system, kindly ensure it's switched off or disarmed on your cleaning day. You're welcome to share any instructions for managing your alarm system. However, please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any alarms triggered during our cleaning spree.

What if the cleaning team missed an area?

Reach out to us within 24 hours after your cleaning, and we'll gladly revisit and re-clean the area at no extra cost.

What if something is damaged or broken during cleaning?

We always strive to treat your valuables with the utmost respect and care. Yet, we acknowledge that mishaps can occur. In the event of any damage or breakage during our cleaning process, we'll promptly inform you. Our commitment extends to making amends by repairing or, if needed, replacing the affected item. Insurance claims will be initiated as warranted.

Why does initial/deep cleaning cost more than recurring cleaning?

The initial clean of your home takes a bit more elbow grease as we elevate it to Kildare Cleaning's sparkling standards. Following this, our recurring services will ensure your space remains in tip-top shape.

What if I need to reschedule?

If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, we recommend that you call/text about 24 hours before your next scheduled service. We’ll do our best to accommodate all of your scheduling needs.

Do you wash dishes?

Yes we can fill the dishwasher and before we leave put everything away or leave for washed for your return.
